1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Casino Bot to your Discord guild, executing bot commands, or logging into the dashboard at 2kbm.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, cease using the bot and dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Automation Policies

To maintain fair competitive balance for all community members, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Deploying self-bots, macros, automated clickers, or keystroke emulators to play casino games or farm economy shift payouts.
• Attempting to bypass the distortion visual CAPTCHA verification system.
• Exploiting race conditions, software bugs, or unauthorized privilege escalation in the bot or dashboard.

Violations may result in automatic economy jailing, forfeiture of virtual assets, or permanent revocation of dashboard access.

4. Age Restrictions & Minor Protection (18+ Requirement)

Access to Casino Bot and all virtual gaming features is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction.

• Individuals under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using Casino Bot pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
• Users between 13 and 17 may only participate in non-gambling server utility and economy shift mechanics under direct parental or guardian supervision.
• Attempting to falsify age verification screens constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5. AI Usage Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy

Casino Bot incorporates artificial intelligence features (such as AI Commander and embed layout generation). Users and server administrators must adhere to the following standards:

• No Malicious Inputs: Prompts intended to generate hate speech, sexual content, automated attacks, or security circumvention are strictly prohibited and automatically blocked.
• Human Verification: Server management actions suggested by AI require authorized staff confirmation before irreversible changes execute.
• Provenance & Logging: All AI-generated commands and templates are flagged and permanently logged in audit suites to ensure transparent provenance.
• Zero Training on Private Chats: User server messages and private inquiries are never utilized for AI model fine-tuning or training datasets.

6. Data Security & Encryption Standards

We employ strict technical safeguards to secure user data and transactional logs:

• In Transit: All HTTP traffic is protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) preloading.
• At Rest: Authentication tokens and administrative secrets are encrypted. Session tokens use cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 signatures with constant-time verification.
• Database Integrity: SQLite databases execute with Write-Ahead Logging (WAL) and atomic transactions to prevent balance duplication or race conditions.

7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice & Designated Agent

Casino Bot respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed by content accessible through our platform, submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including specific URLs or Discord message identifiers.
• Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

8. Marketing Opt-Out & Unsubscribe Mechanism

Users may opt out of receiving promotional announcements, broadcast embeds, and non-essential community notifications at any time:

• Click the direct one-click unsubscribe link provided in notifications or visit /api/unsubscribe.
• Adjust guild notification toggles in your Discord server settings.
• Essential transactional alerts (such as prize delivery tickets and security verifications) remain active.

9. Discord API Terms Compliance

Users and server administrators must abide by Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Casino Bot operates as a third-party application on Discord and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
